The lost business with transparency pretenses cost reduction

The promotion system complete blackout on the happenings in enterprises operating in Greece
on the grounds of cost reduction and cloak the OECD report goes the Ministry of Development.
Specifically , after the abolition of the requirement to publish financial statements of the newspapers goes from July 1, 2014 and the abolition of the requirement to publish details such as administrative changes , the association changes and capital and the financial statements in the Government Gazette .
It is assumed of course that the rules are ensured publicity by publishing the General Commercial Registry ( GEMI ) but which works with serious problems have not been solved and presents serious data gaps which have been published in the Government Gazette and not in GEMI . Furthermore the cost of GEMI not considered competitive particularly as it includes and obligation to register in their chambers .
Does the Ministry of Development has conducted a study on the cost control publicity through GG compared with the GEMI and if so why not publicly ?
It should be noted that some months ago the Supervisory Board of GEMI had raised the issue of sustainability and this synartouse subscriptions Chambers . At the same time the President of ACCI complained publicly glitches lack of rational planning and coordination for the implementation of proper inventory business .
The question in these circumstances is what exactly you need to accomplish when the Ministry of Development has not solved the problems of GEMI and essentially does not appear to have achieved cost savings for businesses .
Noted that the publicity business is a key control function and ensure conditions of transparency in order to avoid abuse .
